Fresh Air Fridays with Suzi

I find the outdoors to be an uplifting environment, a place where I get clarity of thought and improvement of my mood, whatever the weather. I love the beauty and tranquility of nature and find it has a calming effect on my body and mind.​

I believed that in becoming a Fresh Air Fridays facilitator, I could help adults to reap the benefits of time spent immersed in nature as well as doing something that I’m passionate about. I take small groups of people outside, with a different theme each month, providing a safe, non-judgemental space and support to allow them to explore different areas of their life through group coaching. The structured sessions teach tools and techniques that support the balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
