Hello, I’m Suzi.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with clients with a number of health issues, however my specialist area is pre-conceptual nutrition. I’m on a mission to help couples who are longing to bring new life into the world. Having witnessed the struggle with infertility within my close family, I understand how it can feel like you are on a non-stop merry-go-round, surrounded by everyday situations that test your emotional reserve.
Armed with the most recent research after completing my MSc in Nutritional Therapy, I am now in a position to join up all the pieces of the puzzle to understand your personal fertility issues which I use to create your bespoke, detailed plan.
I take a holistic approach with clients in order to get to the root cause of their infertility, which requires a thorough investigative stage. Having previously been a teacher for over 20 years, this really appeals to my love of learning. Using information from health questionnaire, consultation and possibly additional testing, I can carry out a full ‘fertility MOT’. I am registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Healthcare Council (CNHC), which guarantees excellent training and a commitment to continual professional development.
