Are you biologically driven in your need for a baby? Are you seeing babies left and right but your life is on hold as you haven’t conceived yet? A gut punch delivered when friends announce pregnancies? I understand. However, you can be proactive in your quest for a family, with understanding and support to do everything in your power to prepare your body for conception.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I have had personal family experience of supporting someone very close through the emotional rollercoaster of their infertility journey. Now I specialise in supporting women who wish to conceive, especially where this is taking longer than planned. As a result of working together, you will be empowered to lay down the foundations for fertility.
You don’t need to be told to relax in order to conceive! You need a plan. Let me create for you a tailor-made plan – unique to your life – to nourish your body and your egg supply. I’ll keep you accountable and support you every step of the way with empathy and understanding.
To ensure that you have done all that you can to improve the health of your body, we will need to work together over a period of 12 weeks, in order to integrate a new eating plan and lifestyle changes into your life.
Your personalised 12-week health programme will typically contain the following elements:-
Initial personal consultation 1.5 hours - face to face or virtual platform
Follow up consultations 60 minutes - face to face or virtual platform
In depth dietary analysis, health and lifestyle assessment to take account of symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress.
Personal nutrition advice and supplement plan
Personal coaching to support new food choices/ new habits
You may choose to undertake additional testing to accurately inform our plan. You can also choose the level of one to one coaching support which ranges from weekly to monthly. Get in touch for more information.
